According to printing industry standards, custom products are subject to a +/- 10% overrun or underrun. The overrun or underrun constitutes a complete order that is prorated and billed accordingly on final invoice.

Artwork / jobs started and cancelled, will be invoiced at the rate of $70.00 Per hour, with a minimum of $35.00.

Shipments are F.O.B. shipping point unless noted above. All quotes are plus applicable sales tax and shipping charges.

A finance charge of 1 1/2% per month (an annual fee of 18%) will be charged on all past due accounts. If any action is brought to enforce either party's rights under the contract, the laws under the State of California shall apply. The prevailing party in any legal action shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees and costs.

Important: No returns are accepted without authorization.
A 15% restocking charge will apply.
